RETURNS
You have 21 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items cannot be returned after 21 days from the receipt of original order.
REFUNDS
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
EXCHANGE
A.I. Arts will accept items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items cannot be exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order and must be returned in their original packaging.
Items are one-to-one exchange for same size, color & print. If item is out of stock, you can chose an alternative item of exact value or higher for exchange. If the alternative item to exchange is of higher value, you have to pay the difference in amount.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returned/exchanged items must be shipped back through the same shipping company & method.
